🍀 Ingredients:
6 cups Lucky Charms cereal
4 tbsp butter
1 bag (10 oz) mini marshmallows
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional, but adds great flavor!)
Extra Lucky Charms marshmallows for topping (optional, but makes them extra cute!)
Directions:
1️⃣ Melt the Butter & Marshmallows:
- In a large pot, melt butter over medium-low heat.
- Add the mini marshmallows and stir until fully melted and smooth.
- Stir in vanilla extract if using.
2️⃣ Mix in the Cereal:
- Remove the pot from heat and gently stir in Lucky Charms cereal until evenly coated.
3️⃣ Press into a Pan:
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and spread the mixture evenly.
- Use a greased spatula (or wax paper) to gently press it down—but don’t pack it too tight, or they’ll be too hard!
